Dr. Todd Heffern is an Emergency Physician and an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine in Knoxville. He is the EMS Medical Director for Knox County and several other smaller agencies in East Tennessee.
Dr. Heffern earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in Engineering, then graduated from the ETSU Quillen College of Medicine and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Michigan State University in Grand Rapids.
He has a passion for EMS and Sports Medicine and volunteers as the Team Physician for Lenoir City High School. Todd is married to his high school sweetheart, Kristen, and they have a rambunctious son, Elliot.
